Trinity seniors meet every Thursday (except for a summer break) from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. This is a community program co-sponsored by Trinity Lutheran Church and Alameda Adult School. Programs offer guest speakers from the health/medical, community resource, business, art and legal fields. Also offered are social activities, blood pressure screening, individualized computer instruction, Tai Chi exercise, musical entertainment and travel slide presentations. A home-cooked lunch ($4) is served at noon. Mary Ferlin is the coordinator of this program.
